About

Ariana is a fifteen-year-old writer in training. Though being a professional published YA author sounds lovely and is of course what she aspires to be, she has the attention span of a fruit fly and is constantly being distracted by the smallest things. Ariana lives in Hartford, Connecticut with her mom and two cats: Coco (a.k.a Shredder) and Cinnamon (who she hopes will learn to stop peeing on the floor very, very, very soon). Having attended Catholic school since the age of three (thank God that’s over with), Ariana now attends The Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts where she majors in Creative Writing. When not working on some novel or another, you can find her reading amazing books, sleeping, using random objects to keep her unmanageably curly hair up, dancing to the infinite playlist which runs through her head, talking in third person, teching for her school's plays and musicals, or watching reality TV – the good, the bad, and the hilariously stupid. Seeing as her creative juices have been running a bit dry these days, Ariana has started writing book reviews. This is helping to keep her in touch with her writing self, and giving her an outlet to ramble on about those amazing books she reads. Contact her at any time – she would love to hear from you and doesn’t have much of a life outside school, writing, tech crew, and Facebook.
