Chelsea Frayer has always strived to be perfect like her eighteen-year-old sister Tiffany. Still, when senior year begins and her principal robs their school, leaving it bankrupt before running off, Chelseaknows it’s up to her as school vice president to make sure things go as smoothly as possible -- even if that means working with school president, and her ex, Danny.
